View Client Production Report

Client Administrators can run project reports to obtain a broader view of the data across their company's projects. The Client Production Summary Report contains information about projects with completed productions.

Perform the following procedure to create a production report.

  1. In the Project page, click and then select .
  2. In the dialog box, in , select .
  3. In Projects, click to select all projects or select specific projects. Only projects with completed productions appear.
    • To filter the projects in the report, click the arrow.
    • To navigate to specific project names, in the field, type the first few characters of the projects to include.
    • Specify the projects to include by selecting the checkbox. To omit a project from the report, uncheck the project name.
  4. Click .
  5. You can view the Client Production Summary Report in the Projects Jobs page or CLIENT REPORTS list.
    • To view in the Projects Jobs page, perform the following steps.
      1. In the Project page, click the Epiq Discovery logo.
      2. Select .
      3. In the jobs list, click for the that displays .
    • To view in the CLIENT REPORTS list, perform the following steps.
      1. In the Project page, click and then select the .
      2. In the left pane, click CLIENT REPORTS.
      3. In the CLIENT REPORTS list, click for the that displays .
  6. When the XLSX file appears at the bottom of the page, select it to view the report in Excel. Alternatively, you can access the file in your Windows Downloads folder.
